This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the official CritCast Shopify store. It covers order processing, shipping, delivery, and related logistics rules. By placing an order on our website, you agree to accept and comply with the following shipping terms.

1. Order Processing Time

After your payment is confirmed, all orders will be processed, inspected, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing time excludes weekends, public holidays, and official non-working days. Every CritCast hardware device undergoes strict quality inspection, firmware verification, and standard packaging before shipment to ensure product integrity.

Processing time may be reasonably extended during peak sales seasons, inventory restocking periods, or due to unexpected operational delays. If your order encounters significant shipping delays, our support team will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Timeline

We provide standard international shipping for all hardware orders. The delivery times below are estimated references under normal logistics conditions and are not guaranteed:

1、North America / Europe: 7–15 business days

2、Oceania / Southeast Asia: 10–20 business days

3、Other global regions: 15–25 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to remote zip codes, local logistics congestion, peak shipping seasons, carrier suspensions, public emergencies, or uncontrollable factors.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on product weight, package size, destination country, and real-time carrier rates. All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

No hidden fees will be charged after order confirmation. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for 7-day no-reason returns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and official tracking link. You can monitor your shipment status and delivery progress online in real time.

Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to update after the package leaves our warehouse due to carrier data synchronization delays.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to local customs inspections, import duties, consumption taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country.Customers are fully responsible for all import-related taxes, duties, and clearance charges.

We do not cover any customs duties, taxes, or penalties. Any customs detention, return, or disposal caused by the buyer’s refusal to pay duties shall be the buyer’s sole responsibility.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping is unavailable for embargoed areas, sanctioned territories, or locations with special logistics restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders destined for unsupported regions.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is picked up by the logistics carrier, all transportation risks are transferred to the customer. We are not liable for package loss, damage, misdelivery, or delays caused by the shipping carrier during transit.

If your package is officially confirmed lost or severely damaged during transportation, you may file a claim directly with the carrier. Our team will provide official shipping documents to assist your claim process.

8. Undeliverable & Returned Orders

Shipments returned to our warehouse due to incorrect addresses, missed delivery, recipient refusal, or unpaid duties are considered buyer-caused delivery failures. Reshipping fees and return shipping fees will apply for re-delivery. Full refunds are not available for undeliverable orders caused by buyer error.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or revise this Shipping Policy at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately after publication on this page. Your continued use of our website and continued ordering after updates constitute acceptance of the latest policy.
